Believe it or not, we're going to make Barkley! a big brother!!! We have 55 days left to go and we're getting very excited. Our official due date is on May 1, which just happens to be Erik's birthday! So far we've been blessed with a healthy pregnancy and pray that it will continue to be so until the end. At our 21 week ultrasound, we chose not to find out whether it was a boy or girl, so being in suspence thus far has created such anticipation for this baby. We have actually created a "Preg Pool" for our friends and famliy to go make guesses about the baby on. We're calling it our "online baby shower" since we do get to keep some of the money made on the guesses.(If interested go to: http://www.pregpool.com/online/babyscharrer/)
Well, hopefully in the future we'll be able to use this blog to post all about our new and exciting adventures with the new baby and everything else we have coming up in the next year. We not only have the birth of our first child, but we're moving to Duluth in July, Erik's brother is getting married to a beautiful bride in August, and at the end of summer Erik starts medical school at the University of Minnesota. We couldn't be happier with all of these changes and can't wait to keep you up to date with everything we have going on.
